a space for coworking, community, events, and education–for a climate resilient future

electric house

A net zero, solar-powered hub in the center of Stone Ridge, we offer over 4,000 sq ft of space for coworking, community gatherings, public and private events, and education. The building is also home to the offices of North River, an architecture and design build firm exclusively building net zero, all-electric homes for a climate resilient future–and the passionate team behind the conversion of Electric House from a pre-Civil War building to a beacon for community.

coworking

Choose from full and flex-time coworking memberships. We’ve thought of all your office needs–from conference rooms that seat 6-16 people and phone booths for private meetings, to Ilse coffee and comfortable places to enjoy it. All coworking memberships are inclusive of a community membership, providing access to our diverse events and programming.

our community

Throughout the year, Electric House and our partner, North River, host various events – from community social gatherings and timely social and environmental discussions, to cultural, professional and children's programming. Follow us on Instagram to keep track of any upcoming events, or reach out below to find out about renting one of our spaces and hosting your own.

events

Join us for special events, workshops, seminars, and more–like casual Friday drinks that support knowledge sharing, a children’s gathering with acclaimed authors and illustrators, and community discussions centered around non-partisan collaboration.
